What is skimming?
Skimming is a thin finishing coat applied over plaster to create a smooth, even surface before painting, giving walls a clean, modern finish.
What is a feature wall?
A feature wall is one wall finished differently from the rest of the room — with colour, panelling, cladding or wallpaper — to create a focal point, for example behind a TV or a bed.
