Every consultation package includes four steps: a site visit, a written site visit report, our recommendations, and the design process for your project.

You don't need to choose one up front. We recommend the right package after we've met you and gone through your project. As a guide, packages are based on project size: Category A for kitchens and closets, B for a 3-bedroom bungalow, C for a 4–5 bedroom bungalow, D for a townhouse (4 bedrooms with DSQ) and E for a mansion.

We take every project through eight steps: initial consultation, site visit and assessment, concept development, design development and 3D visualisation, technical drawings and costing, material selection and approval, implementation and project coordination, and final inspection and handover.

Once we've met you and gone through your project. Every project is different, so rather than asking you to pick a package up front, we recommend the one that fits your work after the initial consultation and agree the fee with you before we go further.

Yes, where 3D renders are part of the agreed scope. During design development we refine the layouts, lighting, cabinetry and finishes and present them in 3D, so you can see your space before any work begins.

We inspect the completed works, identify any outstanding items, fix the agreed defects and check the finishing quality. Then we hand the space over to you, ready to use.

Both. After your consultation and design, we can stay with you through the build — interior renovations, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, ceiling, floor and wall finishes, and landscaping — and supply the materials you need.

Yes. Many clients come to us before they break ground, but we can also join a project that's already underway — whether you need advice, a specific trade, or quality materials for the next stage.

Yes. We can be your team on the ground — visiting the site, sharing regular photo and video updates and keeping your documents in one place, so you can follow your project from anywhere.
