Privacy notice

Afrikanest Interiors ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Details you send us when you request a site visit or a quote — such as your name, phone number, site location, preferred date and project details.
• What you write in the chat on this website, with the name, phone number and email address you give us there.
• Messages and files you send us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, by email or by phone.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask for. We do not sell your information.

Booking requests and WhatsApp

When you submit the booking form or send your material list, your details are stored securely so our team can respond. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your message is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Website chat and social messages

When you use the chat on this website, your messages and contact details are stored so our team can reply, and a new conversation is also recorded as an enquiry. To keep your conversation going when you come back, the chat remembers it on your device using your browser's storage; this is not a tracking cookie, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram reach us through Meta's platforms and are also subject to Meta's privacy policies. We store them, with your name and profile details, so our team can reply.

Your material list

Items you add to your material list are stored only in your own browser, on your device, until you send them to us or clear them.

Third-party services

We use trusted hosting providers to run this website and store enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and to provide our services, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us at hello@afrikanestinteriors.co.ke or +254 700 000 000.
