What does a construction consultation include?
Every Afrikanest consultation includes four steps: a site visit, a written site visit report, recommendations on design, materials, specialists and budget, and the design process.
When should I book a consultation?
Ideally before you buy materials or start building — early advice prevents costly changes later. We can also join a project that is already underway, at any stage.
Is there a consultation for smaller projects?
Yes. Kitchens, wardrobes and closets have their own focused package (Category A), so you get expert advice sized to the job.
How much does a construction consultation cost with Afrikanest Interiors?
Consultation packages are priced by project size: Category A (Kitchen & Closets, kitchens, wardrobes and closets) is KSh 30,000; Category B (Standard Bungalow, 3-bedroom house) is KSh 50,000; Category C (Standard Bungalow, 4–5 bedroom house) is KSh 80,000; Category D (Townhouse, full house — 4 bedrooms with dsq) is KSh 100,000; Category E (Mansion, full house) is KSh 120,000. Every package includes site visit, site visit report, recommendations, design process.
