The brief
A couple living overseas wanted to build their family home in Kenya — without flying back every few weeks or relying on guesswork.
The challenge
Managing the build, the budget and material quality remotely, with confidence that the work matched the design.
What we did
We started with a site visit, report and design, then supported every stage — material sourcing, electrical and plumbing, finishes and landscaping — sharing photo and video updates throughout.
